1. WHAT IS Freecycle.Name Group? Definition and objectives.

Freecycle.Name is the unique Google newsletter domain name recycling group. Here you can post and retrieve domain names for free. How many times have you lost interest in one of your domain names and for some reason failed to renew it and let it expire? Do you realize that you just thew away at least the value gained by that domain within at least one year of registration? Do you know that someone else that can not afford registering a new domain could have reinstated it and eventually gotten it to pay for itself?

This is when Freecycle.Name comes in handy. Join the group and don't let another "garbage" domain (for you), respectively a residual value domain (for others) slip away.

The biggest advantage of being a group member is that you will receive emails instantly as a new domain is posted, even when it's been taken. Nonetheless, you can trade your expiring domains with others that may be of interest to you.

And freecycle.org has been live since a long time ago! So don't waste time. Post your "garbage" domains or go through what's already available. Fair enough?

1. Log in to access the Group. Although for your convenience we accept Gmail or Googlemail credentials to login to both the Freecycle.name portal and the Freecycledomains Group, you may opt to create an account in order to avoid your real email address being revealed with your articles. Your choice. Rest assured that we do not collect any of your third party information.
The best practice on new Freecycle.Name account registrations: For simplicity and consistence, use your Google email address to sign up a new freecycle.name account, it will be easier to join our Google Group.

2. Join the Freecycledomains group. Follow the instructions. Use the back button of your browser to revert to this portal.

3. Check out the Group by scrolling down to the bottom of this page. Only registered users can access that area. Guests, read the 15 most recent domain posted in the grey area below or click on the Visit group link in the Google group section situated in the right hand column of this page.
